Asprova SCP - Supply Chain Planning

Asprova SCP considers bottleneck processes and limited resource capacities across all factories to schedule work instructions accordingly.

The entire supply chain is taken into account, including factories, suppliers, logistics centers and customers. Factory outputs, various transportation resources and routes, as well as product distribution to logistics centers and customers become mapped in Asprova SCP.

This leads to miminimized inventory stocks, optimal resource utilization and flawless delivery reliability thoughout the entire value chain. Combined with Asprova APS for the scheduling of individual factories, it is possible to create optimal conditions to improve efficiency in all areas of the entire group.

Various order types and forecasts can be registered (such as for 24 months). Data may be entered directly into Asprova, or it can be imported from another data source, such as an ERP system.


Asprova SCP creates order and delivery schedules as well as summary manufacturing plans for all orders across all factories.

What does Asprova SCP plan for?

Items, standard production times, lot sizes, and many more data are considered by Asprova to determine replenishment order quantities, daily material requirements (for stock orders), and more.

Forecast orders, customer orders, purchase orders, and warehouse orders are managed with regards to delivery dates, quantities, order priorities, and specifications.

Supply, demand, and inventory can be viewed for all items at all times at every plant. Scale can be adjusted from day to month to year. Shortages are clearly highlighted for immediate identification.

Items produced in various factories are displayed together with production capacities and performance levels.

Transportation routes are considered for every product, including means of transportation (such as by truck, train, air freight, sea freight) that run between factories, suppliers, logistics centers and customers. Asprova uses the following data when considering the best route to select:

The Resource-Gantt-Chart displays the entire work flow chronologically. Included are all facilities and information relevant to production—including machines, workers, transportation times, and others. The entire value chain, including transportation routes, transportation resources, currently utilized resources, lead times, and much more can be seen and checked with a glance.

Asprova allows you to view all orders for up to several months in advance, seeing the entire lead time of each order. Check on order quantity, delivery dates (including compliance and delays), processing time, waiting time, and much more. It is possible to monitor even the most complex order networks with ease!

Inventory Graph

Asprova keeps track of inventory at each factory and distribution center, allowing you to easily manage sourcing and shipping strategies.
