The Implementation Process

As standard software that requires no additional programming, 99% of customization is done by adjusting standard parameters. As a result, implementation time and cost are kept very low.

 

The standardized implementation phase is a step-by-step procedure, as shown below:

  1. Analysis of current planning challenges, management goals, products, processes, process rules and restrictions, planning rules and restrictions, and more.
  2. Creation of an APS-specification sheet
  3. Setting up objectives and a support contract
  4. Functional training in Asprova
  5. System workshop: defining data flow within the IT system
  6. Parameterization
  7. Creating an interface
  8. Adjusting dispatching rules
  9. Adjusting the overall planning logic
  10. Defining working standards (work standardization)
  11. Checking on data write-back in the ERP system
  12. Test run (parallel to the current planning system) and modifications
  13. Go-live support
